Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Capital Equipment or a similar high-tech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• 3+ years of experience in Applications or Process Engineering preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the customer and the Business Unit to ensure clear understanding of issues and deliver solutions.
• Perform on-site installation, diagnostics, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot processes and conduct root cause analyses to resolve engineering and customer issues.
• Optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
