Job summary

TPC Group is seeking a Corporate Manager, Process Safety Management (PSM) to lead and continually improve the enterprise process safety framework. You will own OSHA PSM and EPA RMP obligations, manage risk reduction programs, and coordinate consent decree requirements across facilities.

Responsibilities include governance of PHA/HAZOP standards, change management, incident investigations, and performance reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in process safety leadership within petrochemical/chemical manufacturing with multi-site oversight.
  • Demonstrated expertise with OSHA PSM (29 CFR 1910.119) and EPA RMP (40 CFR Part 68), including submittals and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the corporate PSM program and its 14 elements, ensuring consistent standards across facilities.
  • Own the EPA RMP program including submittals, updates, and offsite analyses.
  • Lead PHAs/HAZOPs governance, and implement STAA and risk reduction measures.
  • Oversee MI standards, MOC quality, and incident investigation protocols.
  • Support emergency planning, community interface, and regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain KPI dashboards and prepare annual PSM/RMP performance reports.
