This person will be responsible for leading process safety initiatives, ensuring OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance, and driving continuous improvement in risk management programs. The role offers strong visibility across operations, engineering, and EHS functions while helping maintain safe and compliant production processes.

The Role

• Lead and maintain site Process Safety Management (PSM) programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and oversee corrective action plans.
• Manage key PSM elements including Management of Change (MOC), Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR), and compliance audits.
• Maintain Risk Management Program (RMP) requirements and regulatory reporting.
• Provide process safety expertise and support site-wide EHS initiatives.
