Monroe Energy, LLC is seeking a Process Safety Engineer to lead the refinery's process safety program, ensuring regulatory compliance and reduced risk. The role emphasizes PHA facilitation, MOC management, incident investigation, and risk reduction across operations in Trainer, PA.

The candidate should bring 5+ years of refining experience, strong knowledge of PHAs (LOPA preferred), and proficiency with common MS Office tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 5+ years process engineering experience in refining or PHAs in petrochemical/petroleum operations.
• Experience conducting PHAs using LOPA is desirable; knowledge essential.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Process Hazards Analysis (PHA) for refinery processes and present findings to Management.
• Administer HERO System modules including MOC, CAPA, and Incident Investigation.
• Support development and maintenance of process safety information and Risk Management Plans.
• Coordinate and conduct internal and third‑party process safety audits and siting studies.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and drive continuous improvement of process safety programs.
