HF Sinclair Corporation seeks a Process Safety Engineer to support the Refining Integrity Team. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and monitoring Process Safety programs to ensure safe, reliable, and profitable refinery operations in alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Knowledge of OSHA PSM and EPA RMP regulations essential.
• Experience in leading PHAs, MOCs, and incident investigations preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-disciplinary influence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Process Safety support to refinery operations and engineering teams.
• Serve as PHA/LOPA SME and owner for key safety programs.
• Lead or participate in refinery Process Safety audits and action-item closure.
• Support PSM program management, including Pre-Startup Safety Reviews.
