Job summary

dss+ is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager specialized in Process Safety Management to lead PSM and Operational Risk transformations for clients in high-hazard environments. You will work from boardroom to shop floor, delivering risk-based improvements and strengthening leadership capabilities across client organizations.

Applicants bring deep technical process safety knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and experience guiding cross-functional teams with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Process Safety Management and Operational Risk.
Experience designing or improving PSM programmes in industrial environments.
Fluency in English and ability to engage with executives and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

Lead PSM and ORM workstreams within high-hazard sites.
Assess and improve process safety systems and performance.
Design practical PSM solutions aligned to client objectives.
Coordinate across executive leadership to frontline teams for change.
Mentor and develop junior colleagues in process safety.
