dss+ is seeking a Consultant – Process Safety Management (PSM) to join our Operational Risk Management practice in Indonesia. You will help clients identify, manage, and reduce major hazards across oil & gas, petrochemicals, and chemicals, translating technical risk insights into practical safety improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a engineering degree, 10+ years of hands-on experience in process safety, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in Operational Risk Management or Process Safety in energy/chemicals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to risk management and process safety projects across oil & gas and chemicals.
• Support client assessments, workshops, analyses, and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with client teams to implement practical, sustainable solutions.
• Evaluate risk management frameworks and process safety systems.
• Support major hazard studies, gap assessments, audits, and improvements.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve safety and performance.
• Develop high-quality deliverables and client presentations.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable client outcomes.
