Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Process & Quality Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance product quality and reduce costs in a production environment. The role leads RCA, implements corrective actions, and partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, R&D and Supply Chain to drive improvements.

You will support new product introductions, process validations and scale-up, building robust process controls and quality standards while using SPC, DOE, Cp/Cpk, PFMEA, and Gage R&R

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, process or quality engineering experience.
• Lean Six Sigma experience or certification is a plus.
• Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, or Chemical Manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, throughput and costs.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production/quality issues.
• Develop and maintain process controls, specifications and quality standards.
• Support new product introductions, process validations and scale-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
