Qualifications

• 5+ years of process, manufacturing, or quality engineering experience.
• Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, or Chemical Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, DOE, PFMEA, Cp/Cpk, Gage R&R, and Root Cause Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency, throughput, and equipment performance.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions; reduce scrap, waste, defects, and downtime.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Develop process controls and quality standards.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing scale-up efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
• 5+ years of process, manufacturing, or quality engineering experience
• Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, or Chemical Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of SPC, DOE, PFMEA, Cp/Cpk, Gage R&R, and Root Cause Analysis
• Experience driving measurable process improvements and cost savings
• Strong manufacturing floor presence with hands-on process optimization experience
