Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, or related degree with applicable experience, or extensive relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience required
• Advanced data and statistical analysis capabilities
• Statistical analysis and analytical methods
• Advanced Mechanical aptitude, specifically on the technology that the Engineer is connected to in their role.
• Sound financial acumen at the Plant level to define and drive cost saving efforts
• General Engineering Principles and Continuous Improvement knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership and working in a highly collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Lead Food and Human Safety through leadership principles and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, loss elimination, and cost savings initiatives.
• Develop training materials and coach operating teams to raise capability.
• Own the operational foundation systems across the platform and secure basic conditions.
