Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Theory/functionality of manufacturing systems and unit operations.
• Advanced data and statistical analysis capabilities; Excel, SAP/CMMS experience.
• Proven leadership and collaboration across teams.
• Experience driving cost savings and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements on the floor.
• Drive loss elimination and improve equipment reliability.
• Develop training materials and coach operators and junior engineers.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering and Ops to optimize processes.
• Articulate financial impact of system investments for planning and budgeting.
