Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with applicable experience
• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing
• Food science or process/packaging experience
• Theory/functionality of manufacturing systems and unit operations
• Advanced data and statistical analysis capabilities
• Statistical analysis and analytical methods
• Strong financial acumen at plant level
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration
• Experience with manufacturing data analysis systems (SAP/Maximo/MQIS)
• Proven ability to reduce losses and improve performance in manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead safety through defined principles and standards
• Develop and coach site personnel and early tenure engineers
• Drive system utilization and loss elimination efforts
• Improve data and information for system modeling and opportunities
• Oversee foundation systems to secure basic conditions and drive out losses
• Provide project support planning and start-up
• Communicate financial impact of system decisions to plant leadership
