Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union seeks a Manager, Process Optimization to drive data-driven improvements across end-to-end processes, aligning Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and automation to deliver measurable value.

You will lead cross-functional programs, develop KPI dashboards, and partner with executive leadership to sustain performance and risk reduction in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; PMP or equivalent project management experience preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in operational excellence, business transformation, or enterprise process management.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs that deliver measurable financial and operational impact.
• Strong analytical capability with KPIs such as AHT, cycle time, throughput, capacity utilization.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise performance frameworks with standardized KPIs and analyze performance data.
• Own Lean Six Sigma and transformation programs aligned to enterprise priorities and lead high-impact initiatives.
• Document current-state processes and define future-state roadmaps and design actionable improvements.
• Conduct capacity and demand analysis to identify bottlenecks and risks across workflows.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma-based improvements and quantify operational impacts and benefits.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting for sustained improvements and accountability.
