Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant focused on Business Process Optimization in Upington, Northern Cape. You will analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and design practical improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least five years in management consulting, with Lean Six Sigma and BPMN proficiency. You will lead workshops, map processes, and mentor client teams in implementing new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management consulting experience in business process optimization.
• Proven track record leading and delivering process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and manage projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement optimized processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
