The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in process optimization, and the ability to collaborate with client teams to deliver measurable cost savings and performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations management or management consulting.
• Proven experience implementing operational efficiency initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; client-facing ability.
• Willingness to relocate to the Northern Cape region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational assessments to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement process optimization and cost-reduction strategies.
• Analyze workflows, supply chains, and resources to find bottlenecks.
