Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor in Austin, TX seeks a 14nm Product PIE to own the product lifecycle for multiple customers, from NPI to high-volume production. You will work with yield data and process owners to ensure quality and profitability.

You will lead yield enhancement efforts, participate in regular progress meetings with customers, and maintain proactive follow-up on technical action items to ensure satisfaction. Strong communication with customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from Physics, EE, Chemical engineering, or Materials Science.
• 4+ years semiconductor process experience.
• Strong statistical analysis using JUMP or Spotfire.
• Strong technical communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own 14nm product ownership for multiple customers.
• Spread Best Known Methods (BKM).
• Monitor inline, ET and yield trends; troubleshoot.
• Follow up on excursions and customer action items.
