Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an innovative Senior Process Improvement Specialist for the AMXL E2E CX team. You will develop strategies and drive improvements across the AMXL network, focusing on Quality, Concessions, or Delivery Estimate Accuracy to enhance end-to-end customer experience across First, Middle, and Last Mile operations.

You will use data analytics, AI, and emerging tech to solve complex problems, with strong program management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics or related field.
• Experience working in operations, supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting.
• Experience handling multiple priorities with several stakeholders and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end customer experience strategies across AMXL's First, Middle, and Last Mile operations.
• Analyze network performance and customer experience metrics to identify defects and root causes.
• Leverage data analytics and AI to evaluate performance and drive data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to implement standards and drive sustained improvements.
