Qualifications

• Develop end-to-end CX strategies across AMXL First, Middle, and Last Mile.
• Establish goals, metrics, and mechanisms to measure progress.
• Analyze performance trends to identify defects and opportunities.
• Use data analytics, statistics, and AI to evaluate performance and drive decisions.
• Improve standards and processes to reduce variation and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Field Ops and cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and scalable solutions.
• Communicate strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
