Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Process Improvement professional to lead tools and methods that eliminate losses in a Distribution Center, using WPS programs and standard work to reduce variation. You will drive KPI analyses, support improvement projects, and mentor managers and associates to build capability and ensure ethical execution.

The role expects strong project ownership, Six Sigma awareness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to sustain long-term savings and meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and 3 years’ experience in Process Improvement.
• Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills.
• Process or Value Stream Simulation knowledge.
• Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long term savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Improvement tools and methods to eliminate losses in a Distribution Center.
• Deliver KPI analysis and create standard work to reduce process variation.
• Lead savings projects within area of responsibility and drive loss elimination.
• Deploy WPS program methodology and mentor area managers and associates.
