Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or prior experience in Process Improvement OR 2 years’ of process improvement, or relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.

• Leads process improvement tools and methods to eliminate losses in a distribution center area.
• Delivers KPI analysis and creates standard work to reduce process variation.
• Supports deployment of WPS program methodology and top losses projects.
• Builds capability of area managers and associates through training and mentorship.
• Ensures compliance with Walmart policies and drives continuous learning.
