Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Process Improvement professional to drive operational excellence in its Distribution Center in Saint James, MO. You will own critical improvement initiatives, reduce losses, and standardize best‑in‑class workflows using the Walmart Performance System (WPS).

You’ll partner with leaders to turn data into action, build long‑term capability, and support KPI improvements across the operation. A strong background in industrial engineering and Six Sigma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Process Improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data.
• Experience with process improvement methods and project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement efforts within the distribution center.
• Analyze KPIs, drive loss reduction, and standardize best practices.
• Manage top‑loss projects and identify savings opportunities.
• Support WPS programs and promote continuous learning.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders and drive progress toward goals.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
