Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Process Improvement leader for a Distribution Center in the United States. You will drive Quality Excellence through WPS programs, perform KPI analysis, and create standard work to reduce process variation.

You will lead projects, compile deviations to playbooks, and guide area managers toward improved outcomes. Responsibilities include deploying WPS methodologies, managing top Quality losses, and mentoring associates to build capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 2 years’ experience in Quality or Process Improvement.
• Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Improvement tools and methods to reduce quality losses and deviations.
• Review and respond to quality-focused process improvement projects and build capability among area managers.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, measure progress, and promote continuous learning.
