Responsibilities

• Leads Process Improvement tools and methods (5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma) to eliminate losses in a Distribution Center using WPS.
• Delivers KPI analysis, loss elimination, and creates standard work to reduce process variation.
• Assists with review of improvement projects and supports deployment of WPS program methodology.
• Develops gap analyses to support WPS integration.
• Leads savings projects and builds capability among area managers and associates.
