Elevance Health invites a Senior Process Improvement Manager to lead identification and execution of best practices across a healthcare business unit. The role focuses on data-driven improvements, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include consulting on continuous improvement initiatives, developing enterprise-wide plans, and coordinating with diverse teams to elevate operational performance. Hybrid in-office 1–2 days a week with potential alternate sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience, including minimum of 3 years experience as a Process Improvement Manager level.
• Experience with PBM claims, prior authorization, and eligibility workflows is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL/ Teradata, Python, and automation to drive process improvements and stakeholder value.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and implements related best practices.
• Develops metrics to track performance and goal achievement.
• Serves as internal consultant for continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Identifies and develops enterprise-wide performance improvement plans.
• Travels to worksites and other locations as necessary.
