Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement experience, including 3 years at manager level or equivalent.
• Experience with PBM Claims, Accumulator, and implementation/vendor management is preferred.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop metrics, and drive enterprise-wide improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement; research, develop, and implement best practices.
• Develop metrics to track performance and goal achievement.
• Serve as internal consultant for continuous improvement initiatives.
