Walmart, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Support to analyze processes, drive improvements, and support strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, performance metrics, and stakeholder partnerships to enable informed decisions and sustainable growth. The Data Ventures team focuses on transforming data into actionable business solutions, delivering scalable B2B data products and enhancing decision-making, with a strong emphasis on integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area.
• Masters: Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a client-facing support partner, managing complex cases from intake through resolution while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all products.
• Identify and troubleshoot business process issues, distinguishing those requiring internal resolution from those needing external escalation.
• Analyze and report business metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance performance and decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement effective business solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance on best practices and support continuous improvement efforts across teams.
