Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; 6 months+ relevant experience (Option 1).
• Option 2: 2.5 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
• Analyze processes to identify gaps, root causes, and opportunities for standardization.
• Manage intake requests by discovery, urgency assessment, and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify impacts and align stakeholders.
• Support readiness for process updates with requirements, docs, handoffs, and success metrics.
• Serve as a process SME on policies, tools, controls, and best practices.
• Evaluate changes using data and feedback for continuous improvement.
