You will champion lean methodologies, root-cause analysis and Kaizen events, collaborating with quality, operations and maintenance to improve safety, quality and throughput. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations or Quality.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours to support production demands (early starts, extended shifts, weekends).
• Six Sigma, Lean/DMAIC knowledge a plus; hands-on with high-volume manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Own and optimize equipment and tooling in the production area to ensure reliable operation and compliance.
• Lead troubleshooting with maintenance and engineering to improve OEE and safety.
• Develop TPM and PM plans to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.
• Champion lean methods, Kaizen events, and standard work across the plant.
• Collaborate with quality, operations and maintenance on long-term improvement projects.
• Represent manufacturing in NPI activities, ensuring manufacturability and production readiness.
