GE Appliances, a Haier company, Camden, SC, seeks a Technical Area Business Leader for Fabrication to drive safe, efficient and reliable manufacturing operations. You will lead a value stream, partner with engineering and suppliers, and promote a strong safety and quality culture while building capability and continuous improvement.

Requires a mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering background and 5+ years in maintenance or equipment engineering.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance, mechanical or equipment engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in automated manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Own operational performance and safety metrics for the value stream.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet daily and long-term goals.
• Manage TPM, problem solving and Kaizen events in fabrication.
• Coordinate with engineering and suppliers for reliability improvements.
• Ensure 5S and standard work across the section.
