Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Enterprise Process Specialist for remote, temp-based work. You will lead enterprise-wide process improvement projects with significant executive visibility, coordinating with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, R&D, Legal, and more to deliver measurable impact.

You will coach Lean Six Sigma initiatives, mentor teams, and partner with senior leadership to drive transformation across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business/Health/Medical.
• 12+ years leading process improvement at large, international companies.
• 12+ years coordinating with C-level executives.
• 12+ years in operations and projects at multinational firms.
• 12+ years with mergers & acquisitions related improvement projects.
• 12+ years collaborating with large finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical process improvement projects with $1M+ impact per project.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to identify, scope, and deliver high-priority engagements.
• Facilitate customer voice, process discovery, and situational assessment to identify improvements.
• Coordinate complex initiatives across Exec, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, R&D, Legal, Compliance, and external teams.
• Provide concise executive updates while maintaining detailed project plans and deliverables.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies as needed.
• Support transformation initiatives including program management and post-merger integrations.
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training, coaching, mentoring, and project oversight.
