Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Health Care/Public Health Administration, Behavioral/Social/Computer Science, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, or related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience in process improvement, consulting, project management, or related field is required or recommended.

Responsibilities

• Pursues effective relationships with others by proactively providing resources, information, advice, and expertise with coworkers and members.
• Completes work autonomously by applying up-to-date expertise to generate creative solutions and ensuring procedures are followed.
• Delivers and sustains PI engagements including kaizen using Lean/Six Sigma concepts and data-driven methods.
• Serves as a consultant to stakeholders and process owners to drive process improvements and coach leadership.
• Supports strategic planning and prioritization of PI initiatives by defining performance metrics and standards.
• Advocates for continuous improvement by staying current with industry practices and participating in events.
• Participates in change management activities to align improvement initiatives with business objectives.
• Performs data analyses to support PI initiatives using appropriate data collection and analysis methods.
