Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of consultants driving alignment and coordination among diverse stakeholders across clinical workstreams. You will oversee development and implementation of multiple clinical initiatives, systems, and processes to reach a future state while monitoring performance metrics and maintaining policy compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, change management, data analysis, and vendor management skills to ensure initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree and eight years progressive experience in clinical operations, data analytics, or project management OR Master’s with six years OR eleven years total experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates developmental opportunities, builds cross-functional relationships, and drives performance through coaching.
• Translates business plans into tactical actions; ensures policy compliance and aligns with departmental strategies.
• Leads consultants to deliver strategic initiatives with stakeholder representation and executive communication.
• Develops requirements for complex clinical/process solutions across multiple areas and guides cross-functional teams.
