Job summary
Walmart is seeking a senior-level leader in Bentonville, AR to drive execution of business plans and complex program initiatives across the organization. You will identify customer and operational needs, communicate priorities, and remove obstacles to improve performance while ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance.
You will supervise and develop associates, provide coaching, set performance expectations, and foster a culture of belonging.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field required.
- Experience leading Six Sigma projects or process improvement initiatives preferred.
- Strong mentoring, coaching and people development skills desired.
Responsibilities
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance.
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Promotes Walmart policies, mission, values and ethics, ensuring compliance and an open-door policy.
- Evaluates ongoing plans and initiatives, solicits stakeholder input, and improves efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
