Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine functions.
• Familiarity with FDA, GMP and ISO requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams on process improvements.
• Understanding of cost, quality and throughput trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver process performance improvements for manufacturing lines.
• Develop and execute change management and flow improvements.
• Coach and mentor teams in Lean and Six Sigma.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve throughput and reduce constraints.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory policies.
