Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Risk Management professional to advance the Risk Identification Framework and standardize cross-functional processes across lines of defense. You will drive data-driven improvements, partner with technology and product teams, and deliver executive risk visibility through dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities include leading training, developing risk metrics, and guiding governance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, Project Management, or Process Management.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business partners.
• Preferred: 6+ years of Risk Management experience
• Preferred: 3+ years of Financial Services Risk Management experience
• Ability to set direction, manage expectations and lead cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

• Optimize and enhance foundational elements of the Risk Identification Framework
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify and standardize Risk Identification processes
• Leverage data analysis and operational insights to identify core problems and formulate solutions
• Collaborate with 1st Line and 2nd Line stakeholders across business lines
• Partner with technology, product, and data teams on system and process updates
• Design and implement risk metrics to measure framework effectiveness and process health
• Lead training across lines of defense
• Establish and manage guidance for consistent execution across business lines
• Deliver reporting and executive-level presentations for real-time risk visibility
• Fulfill audit and regulatory exam requests and other ad-hoc deliverables
• Support governance activities, including controls and issues
