Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an experienced Process Equipment Engineer to provide technical oversight of process equipment, piping systems, and containment activities within the Bioconjugate facility. This role ensures equipment selections meet operational and containment requirements while coordinating with process and construction teams.

Responsibilities include advising on equipment design, overseeing the engineering team, and supporting commissioning and startup readiness

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience with Process Equipment design and engineering.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and design activities for capital projects in excess of $500M TIC.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee equipment selections to meet operational, maintenance, and manufacturing requirements, containment requirements, regulatory expectations, and startup readiness.
Serve as the primary engineering advisor for Process equipment, piping, and containment systems.
Oversee design and engineering team responsible for meeting the project requirements, including day-to-day oversight and design reviews.
