Job summary

Collinwood Technology Partners seeks a Senior Manager of Process Engineering & Technical Services to lead end-to-end technical support for nutraceutical ingredient manufacturing. You will manage process development, scale-up, tech transfer, and supplier oversight across internal and external sites.

The role requires strong leadership, cGMP knowledge, and collaboration with operations, quality, and supply chain to ensure on-time, cost-effective production. Hybrid work arrangement is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and 7+ years in manufacturing/process engineering.
• Experience with food/ nutraceutical manufacturing is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, HACCP, FSMA and related regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead tech transfer and scale-up across internal and CMOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development and manufacturing support from pilot to commercial scale.
• Manage process qualification, validation, and ongoing verification.
• Provide technical oversight of external manufacturing and supplier quality.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and boost productivity.
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, quality, and supply chain.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and transfer packages.
