Job summary

Element Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced Process Engineering Manager to lead design, scale-up, and optimization of chemical manufacturing processes across lab, pilot, and production scales.

You will drive process development, capital projects, and technology transfer within a global organization. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and operational excellence, with collaboration across R&D, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to deliver efficient, cost-effective processes and robust asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with >15 years process engineering experience, or Master’s with 10+ years.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Safety-driven with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of manufacturing processes from concept to full-scale production.
• Oversee pilot-scale experiments and testing programs.
• Drive validation efforts to improve yield, quality, and performance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, Marketing to ensure tech transfer.
• Guide development and maintenance of P&ID diagrams and specs.
• Oversee creation of specifications and test methods for processes.
• Champion root cause analysis and problem solving using analytics.
