Job summary

Mesa Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and scale-up of manufacturing processes across our product portfolio.

You will drive process improvements, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance yield, throughput, and cost efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in process development or manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development, manufacturing engineering, or a related field, with a proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, optimization, and scaling of manufacturing processes from concept to full-scale production.
• Develop and refine PFDs, P&IDs, SOPs, and equipment specs.
• Translate product specs into robust, scalable manufacturing processes and drive technology integration.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement new processes and ensure GMP, FDA, and ISO compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
