Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to the Lyndhurst Operations process engineering group.
• Structure and staff the department for advanced process control and continuous improvement.
• Direct plant functions to ensure high-quality products through process controls.
• Lead Lean initiatives and tracking/reporting of key process metrics.
