Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Transportation, Logistics, or related engineering discipline required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7–10 years in engineering/logistics/network planning/ops optimization or 5–7 years with a Master’s degree.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional and regional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead route and network design and optimization, including KPI/reporting frameworks.
• Forecast facility, staffing, transportation, and equipment needs to improve cost efficiency and service performance.
• Develop analytical methodologies to enhance planning accuracy and coverage across multiple countries.
• Coordinate routing system changes with airline and hub partners to optimize costs and reliability.
• Lead regional NOEP initiatives and support SOPs, governance, and training programs.
