Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager to oversee the delivery of consistent operational processes across 10–15 sites. You will provide engineering expertise, lead a field team, and drive capital projects from scope through start-up.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 7+ years in engineering with distribution/fulfillment experience, and 3–5 years in project management.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering required.
• 7+ years of engineering experience with distribution/fulfillment projects or engineering management.
• 3–5 years of project management within a Distribution/Fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of consistent processes across 10–15 sites in the US.
• Provide engineering leadership and support to site engineers.
• Lead scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and line layouts.
• Manage internal staff and outside vendors for projects.
• Develop CI roadmap aligned with sector strategy and investments.
• Partner with customers to define requirements and drive solutions.
