• Leads technical activities for new or improved products or process; meets program goals.
• Presents findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyzes and solves problems using engineering principles across complex challenges.
• Interacts cross-functionally with internal and external customers to align priorities.
• Leads project teams and mentors colleagues to share technical expertise.
