Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or Engineering is required.
• 5-10 years of relevant pharma/biotech engineering experience.
• Experience with facility design, process engineering, and capital projects.
• Experience managing Architecture & Engineering firms and contractors.
• Willingness to travel domestically for client assignments.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner's Representative overseeing process engineering across design and construction phases.
• Provide technical oversight of A&E deliverables and ensure compliance with user and process requirements.
• Lead design reviews, HAZOPs, risk assessments, and value-engineering exercises.
• Coordinate with architecture, mechanical, electrical, automation, and other disciplines.
• Support project execution, scope, schedule, and budget management.
