Job summary

Project Farma is seeking Lead Process Engineers and Managers to join our growing Manufacturing & Tech Ops - Process Engineering practice near Raleigh, NC. Candidates should reside within 50 miles of Raleigh and be willing to travel domestically to meet client project needs.

You will provide day-to-day technical oversight of A&E activities, establish design criteria, review deliverables, and coordinate with architecture, mechanical, electrical, automation, and other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related discipline
• 5–10 years of relevant pharmaceutical or life-sciences engineering experience
• Experience managing Architecture & Engineering firms or contractors
• Willingness to travel domestically

Responsibilities

• Oversee process engineering activities for one or more practice areas.
• Review, challenge, and approve A&E deliverables on behalf of the Owner.
• Coordinate process engineering activities with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, risk assessments, and value-engineering exercises.
• Represent Global Engineering in project meetings and track technical issues.
