Job summary
Magna Exteriors in Wisconsin seeks a senior process/manufacturing engineer with leadership experience to guide MEHP and MEBT activities. You will manage resources, ensure standard practices, and drive continuous improvement across facilities, balancing quality, safety, and throughput.
This role supports new programs, ECN processes, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in engineering roles in automotive manufacturing, with hands-on experience in launch activities,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 7+ years in process/manufacturing engineering with automotive exposure.
- 3+ years in leadership managing engineering personnel or programs.
- Experience with APQP, PFMEA, control plans and launch activities.
- Experience in injection molding, assembly, paint or automated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead process engineering for MEHP and MEBT activities.
- Drive standard practices, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate new model launches and production readiness.
- Own ECN process and oversee change validation and closure.
- Collaborate across Operations, Quality, Program Management, MP&L.
