Magna Exteriors in Wisconsin seeks a senior process/manufacturing engineer with leadership experience to guide MEHP and MEBT activities. You will manage resources, ensure standard practices, and drive continuous improvement across facilities, balancing quality, safety, and throughput.

Minimum Qualifications: (If you do not meet the minimum qualifications you will not be interviewed)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
7+ years of process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related manufacturing experience.
3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering personnel or major manufacturing programs.
Experience supporting automotive manufacturing operations and experience supporting multiple manufacturing facilities and xxperience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Standardized Work, and launch activities.
Experience leading engineering support during new product launches and lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
Experience with injection molding, assembly, paint, or automated manufacturing environments. Experience supporting OEM customer requirements and quality systems
