Job summary

Element Solutions is seeking a Senior Process Chemical Engineer to lead design, development, scale-up, and optimization of chemical manufacturing processes from lab concept to full-scale production.

You will drive process engineering deliverables, lead technical teams across global projects, and ensure compliance with API, ASME, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and safety standards while delivering robust, cost-effective facilities.

Qualifications

• BS in chemical engineering or related field required; MS preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in chemical process development or manufacturing.
• Experience designing and commissioning chemical manufacturing facilities is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, scale-up from lab to commercial production.
• Develop process engineering deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, mass/energy balances).
• Provide technical leadership for greenfield and brownfield facilities.
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, OSHA, EPA, NFPA and related codes.
