Job summary

Inpria in Corvallis, Oregon is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to scale next-generation organometallic precursor production from pilot to commercial scale. You will collaborate with Operations, R&D, Analytical, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to lead process improvements, equipment design, scale-up, and development of purification technologies to enable future growth.

This role involves designing and implementing advanced chemical processes and equipment for EUV photoresist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, process operations, or scale-up.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and scale-up activities.
• Experience with designing or improving chemical process equipment and unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Support production campaigns and coordinate daily manufacturing activities.
• Establish preventive maintenance programs with Engineering and Maintenance.
• Support operational readiness, commissioning, startup, and optimization of automated systems.
• Develop SOPs, batch records, and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
