Job summary

Aurorium is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead design projects from concept to commercial scale. You will work across teams to develop practical process solutions, improve existing manufacturing steps, and integrate new product introductions with commercial goals.

This role requires a strong engineering background, 10+ years in chemical/process industries, and experience with Aspen modeling and DCS systems to drive safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years in engineering design or manufacturing of chemical, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical products.
• Experience with process design and development; P&ID and Aspen modeling preferred.
• Experience in a PSM-regulated environment and leading safety reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design projects for new or expanded processes.
• Coordinate plant process improvements and new product introductions.
• Develop engineering models to improve scale-up and operation.
• Deliver design from concept to commercial scale production, collaborating with多teams.
